The Golden Gate Bridge has two vista points. One on the San Francisco side and one on the Marin side. The view you see here is from the Marin side looking towards San Francisco. You can see the Sutro Tower antenna in the distance. These are on-site coin-operated binoculars. I suspect very few people bring binoculars with them while on vacation so these would come in handy. With only 12 Lone Sailor memorials in the United States to honor those who served their life at sea, this one happens to stand close to home and I never knew. The first one I saw was in Washington, D.C.'s Navy Memorial.
