More on the Peanuts Gang
Across the street from the museum is the Warm Puppy Cafe where Mr. Schulz had many of his daily meals.
Here's a menu if you are curious.
Mr. Schulz was an avid hockey player and held many hockey tournaments at this rink.
Yes, Mr. Schulz and the Peanuts gang made quite an impact in the area.

Oh how lovely! I did not know about this place, but like many I grew up on The Peanuts. I still remember Schulz writing a personal letter to a classmate back in 3rd grade or so, in response to a query about drawing. He struck me as someone who cared very much about his work, the creative process, and his readers. Wonderful to see this.
What a fun looking place, love 'The Warm Puppy'!.
It does look like a fun place to visit, great shots.
How cute and so nostalgic. I used to them when I was a child. :D
I like Charlie in his hockey outfit and I like the conductor too. It must be really nice to sit in the cafe. I've sat in the Grapes in Liverpool where the Beatles used to go and it feels amazing to be there.
I'd love to see the whole Peanuts gang at the museum ;)
Very lovely, greeting from Belgium
