Park Signs

I visited a park recently and noticed this sign at the entrance. Since this is touristy area, the pictures are a universal language or are they?
I think they are missing a few rules.

Then there is this sign at another park.
I am not sure I want to hike here during work hours.

I cannot understand all the signs in photo 1, so it is not a universal language. :P

I think I prefer the signs in the first photo! I have learned the hard way that not all signs are universal! We really struggled to find the WC in Spain!

Why are we always so busy telling people no?

haha, so many rules in the first one, and the second one, i would not want to hike there during work hours either of maybe even after work hours.

Wow, I guess if one hears the all clear it means they are still alive.

So many rules become no rule at all.

Do not think many will stop to check one by one.

That's a long list of can't do in the first photo!

And as for the second one, I don't think I wanna be near the place anytime!

Interesting. Everyone including children can understand the sign. :)

Thank you everyone for commenting! I can understand why everyone might not comprehend all rules of the first sign if someone comes from out of country. Even for people who are from around here, I wonder how many of them even pay attention to them. As for the second sign, I was very surprised to see it at this very busy park. I wonder what they are doing.
