I think the farmer is trying to attract the female teenage crows and keep the male teenage crows away. From what I've observed around our house anyway.
haha! interesting... that's one cool farm, having to hire bieber to work around. lol
It's a shame it's not the real Bieber, then the crows could swoop down and peck his tongue off and give my ears a break from his deluge of teeny bop crap.
If I was a crow that would do the tick with me, I wouldn't go near that farmers field, for sure!
