It's toad, not a frog... and sorry if I sound gross, but it reminds me of a toad that's run over by a bicycle... >_<

Strange statue.
Interesting looking artefact, but the toad looks too small to be a bench. More like a decorative piece, I think.
That's quite a nifty bench. I don't think I've ever seen something like that before!

Rebbit rebbit cool bench.
Be it a frog or toad, there was no explanation, but I am fairly sure it is a place for people to sit. Perhaps they are not meant to be comfortable so people will only use them for a short break and then move on. :)
the bence would be so nice to sit on after a long day of walking.
