Now that is what I call a set of wheels and completely energy clean as well as slimming. Wonder how well it steers. a nd how costly. Seems like a good investments since you'd never need to buy gas.
Sukhmandir: You are right about the slimming part. Both passengers will have to work together to turn or go backwards. I wonder if it will work with just one passenger or will it be too lopsided.
I'm thinking that must be rather difficult to pedal, both in terms of strength and coordination - I know I'd have a hard time staying in sync with my partner. But it does make for an interesting picture.
To answer your question: I'm not sure about the Transbay Terminal itself. The demolition a week ago was mostly on the roadways leading up to the terminal, before the building itself is demolished. I'm just grateful to the friend who let me know to come that weekend before it was gone.
Oh my! That looks like such big fun, I would love to try it. I imagine that there could be some pretty serious accidents though - especially around me as I am rather clumsy and accident prone.

That is something else! I can't imagine trying to pedal that thing! Although, the people who are in it look fairly happy!
totally cool and what a neat way to get around.
Now, this is too fun! I want to try it!
