MizPee.com - When You Gotta Go

I'm sure most of us appreciate finding a clean public bathroom when we're on the road. Here's a website, mizpee.com, I recently discovered that helps you locate one via your cell phone. Just enter your street address and it is suppose to point you towards the closes stalls.

The listed bathrooms are rated by rolls of toilet paper. 5 rolls signify a clean bathroom and 1, well, do you really want to use one with a 1 rating?

Currently, the website only locates bathrooms in major U.S. cities, so if you live outside these areas, you'll have to hold your bladder and continue to do the dance.

Dot, Thanks for commenting. I guess now they have a website for almost anything.

what will they think of next? That is too funny...although it is a service I think I could use.

Dana, Sadly there are no listings for any Texas towns. I imagine they don't have enough bathroom researchers.

What a hoot! People will think up ways to do just about anything, won't they?

Thanks for visiting my blog. I'm loving the hustle and bustle of Portland, that's for sure.

Lynette, I think you can find almost anything on the web. How did we learn before the internet?

You have the best M post that I visit. Apology on the late visit but you really have the best M post and I mean it. I will stumble it right the way.

I think Mizpee is going to get sued some day for telling people to read their cell phone while on the toliet, someone will drop their phone into the peez and then sue Mizpez for suggesting they read on the pot!

Hi HinMan, Thanks for your comment. I hope you mean the Meerkat pictures and not Mizpee. :P

Hi Jean, I think we're suppose to read the cell phone before going into the pot, but I see your point. Ban cell phones in the pot.

I do have a cell phone {we call them mobiles} but i very rarely use it - have never sent a text! Around here you can apparantly send a text from a bus-stop to get a message back telling you when the next three buses are due - it costs you 25p [about 50 cents] -- as far as I can gather though the information is based on the timetable [which is probably printed and posted on the stop already to be read for free] and not based on real time.

Ackworth, I hardly use my "mobile" for texting since calling is so much easier, but I guess you can text more than one person simultaneously. It sounds like the phone and/or bus companies are just trying to make some extra money on the side from unsuspecting riders who like to text.
