Over the Weekend
I attended a beautiful wedding & reception at Notre Dame de Namur University's Ralston Hall this past weekend. The weather was beautiful for an outdoor wedding held in the garden of the former Ralston mansion as seen in the photo.
After the short ceremony, all the guests were ushered into the parlor of the mansion for drinks & finger food.
Not long afterwards, dinner was served in the ballroom. We had pasta, aged beef, tuna, and a cake to die for.
On Sunday, we celebrated my sister-in-law's 42nd birthday at Red Lobster Restaurant which she chose. The waitress took all our orders, but somehow the birthday girl's order was lost in the kitchen. Her meal didn't arrive until the rest of the family was almost done with dinner, but the waitress comped her meal so all was not lost.

Wow what a fantastic weekend......no cooking! LOL!
That place is gorgeous!!!
Hi Denise, Yeah, no cooking. I always hate deciding what to cook for dinner. If we go out, we have to decide what type of food we want. Decisions, decisions!
Hi Dana, The place is gorgeous and I didn't bring a camera because I didn't want to lug this huge thing around while all dressed up. Oh well.
Hw beautiful. Is this near you? or did you have to travel far?
Neva, It's about 25 to 30 miles from me. In my own backyard all this time, but I never been there.
