We haven't get a chance to witness gersey ourselves so thank you very much for sharing. It must feel awesome you got to see it and feel the surrounding during the eruption/explosion :) btw : we didn't see any statue of Arnold in Graz, probably because we didn't look hard enough :(
These were taken in the late afternoon/early evening in May when I was there. The snow you see on the ground was from earlier in the day. I was surprised how blue the sky was so late in the afternoon thankful for the good weather so I could see Old Faithful in the last photo.
It must have been the wind that picked up all the steam up into the air. I am sure they were steaming hot, but we could not feel it sitting so far away.

Cool shots of the geysers. Yellowstone looks pretty with the snow all around. Great shots.
Looks cold with all the snow but guessing the geysers are steaming hot!
wow, great shots...I am always lost for words when I am amazed...
Whoa! The clouds seem to be rising upwards.
The geysers are quite a spectacle.
I assume that snow is not happening now, right?
Great shots! The geysers go so high!
Love to read all these comments.
these are just awesome! Ever since a-level geology, I've wanted to be a yellowstone park ranger
Yellowstone seems a super NP.

Filip

Awesome! Wish to see it one day.
I've never seen the huge clouds of steam like that. Wonderful.
How thrilling! Could you feel the heat from the water jets?
