just a little creepy...lol
I discovered this fellow close to our hotel in Hong Kong. I was carrying my camera too so we had something in common. But, he's more dedicated than I am to stand there day and night, rain or shine to get the perfect shot! :)
Cheese. very cool sculpture.
Wow, I wonder just how old that statue is (from the 60’s?). Look at the type of camera he’s holding!
That is just too cool! I've never seen anything like it! Thanks for sharing! :)
wow..I like it!! i would definitely take his picture!
That's funny. Nice color shirt he is wearing.
Ode to the traveling photographer.
Cute. He must attract and confuse a lot of passers by :)
I am saying cheese.
How fun, he is so life like - well his clothes anyway - But that camera - wow - who would have thought something like that would date a piece of art work. Great Find!
I wanted to see his subject and then I realized it was a statue. Fooled me! http://looseleafnotes.com
great catch, it makes me smile-thank U! happy rest of the week...
A statue of a blogger :-)Greetings,Filip
where in the world did you find this statue? Swing by and link-up with BloggerBraodcast ww LINKY
I'd do a double take if I come across that statue. And walk away fast if I pass by it at night. ;p
Thank you everyone for visiting and commenting! Like some of you, I had to do a double-take too before realizing he wasn't real. He could have been stationed here for a long time based on the older camera model. The color of his shirt is rather unique and it might even stand out in the dark so it would be creepy at night. You might say he could be an early version of the travel blogger. This statue was in the garden area by my hotel in Hong Kong. I will post two others in my next post.
haha, this is funny, careful, someone is taking you photos :)
PS...I love the idea of filip, statue of blogger :)
