Fort Worth's Old West
During my visit to Dallas, TX a few weeks ago, I also made a side trip to Fort Worth, the next city over. Since I didn't have a car, it took over 2 hours using public transportation to get there. It was a highly recommended trip so I'll be sharing some photos with you in another short photo series.

"Bed and breakfast" seems a bit limited description...
I have lived in the Dallas area for over 10 years and you have probably seen more of Ft. Worth than I have. Maybe your pics will get me to go.
These photos made me want to go there!
I have heard of this place, if i ever get there i want to go visit it. Nevada and I love old ghost towns and took one yr just checking out the ghost towns in Nevada. Do you like ghost towns?

Jim: It's not too far away. You just need to spend one afternoon at the Stockyards and downtown.
Becky: It's a fun place if you like westerns.
Lilli & Nevada: Yes, I do like ghost towns although I don't think I have ever been to one. I assure you, this place I visited in Ft. Worth was not a ghost town. Tourists were everywhere even for a weekday.
I like westerns so it would be fun to me. I think my husband might even enjoy it too!

What cute signs...and statues...hmmm can't think of what to call them! but they sure are cute....You got some nice pictures of the Wild West!!
