I'd like to be able to that good at just regular art like drawing or painting. I wonder if they work from photographs. I wonder if they use just one brand or just go for as many shades of JB as they can find that they can use.
I love mosaics, no matter WHAT they are made out of! That is really fabulous work- not at all what I was expecting by your description on the WW comment thread!
Betchai: I think I heard 6 months to a year to finish depending on the size of the artwork.
Stan: They are made with Jelly Belly candy. They're like jelly beans.
Sukhmandir Kaur: I think a photograph or a sketch can be your background and they you can glue the candy to it. I was at the JB factory and there are lots of shades, but I wonder how many I would eat first.
catsynth: Yes, they are really JBs. Kind of hard to tell when taken with my cell phone camera.
Lina: They are! I wonder if I would have as much patience to create one.
Catinthetree: I'm sure it took lots of planning and candy to create one.

i saw this kind of artwork before and thought it must have taken them a long time to do this and very creative too
Those are cool, but I can't figure out what they are made of.

Impressive - are those indeed JBs? I wouldn't have initially guessed that without reading Sukhmandir's comment.

Ryan: I am not surprised you liked the John Wayne art better. :D
Louis: No need to speak, just look and admire, and have another Jelly Belly.
Tracy: Yes, Jelly Bellies. I'm going to have to try the popcorn one. They are regularly testing new flavors.
