Any Guesses?

I saw this structure at a kid's park. Can you guess what it is?


It calls out to everyone and these kids were quite attracted to it.

OMG, it's like a crocodile with an octopus head and a dolphin at the back and a sea urchin on top.. lol.. cool..

it is like a combination of different sea animals. what is most obvious is the crocodile.

betchai: I didn't know what to make of it either other than a combo of sea creatures.

All: Anyways, people were attracted to this structure because it literally called out with a recording to asking passers-by to throw garbage into its mouth. Imagine that!
