I stopped by the Boudin Bakery located in San Francisco's famed Fisherman's Wharf area to watch Paulina shape a piece of bread dough into an alligator.

PS Thank you for the comments - The tram picture was taken in Oslo (500 km away) They have had lots of snow - we have had barely nothing)
This is very novel and very San Fransisco. I went there many years ago and there is alwasy something unique for vistors there.
Oh now i have to have some bread, nothing better than fresh bread and in the form of a critter how special.

Thank you for your comments. Most people seem to like the turtle bread. I think I would like mine with warm melted butter. :D
