It's on my bucket list though.

My mother grew up in Dubois, Idaho, a small town where, on a clear day, you can see the "other" side of the Tetons.

Some of her sisters married local ranchers. The log type barns are very common but there are less and less of them every year. Of course, they had only sagebrush covered hills as a background, not the Tetons in photo you show.Yogi♪♪♪https://www.blogger.com/profile/00411274031147372579noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34721861.post-75042484378993518472012-07-08T18:52:57.329-07:002012-07-08T18:52:57.329-07:00Beautiful series, and what a breathtaking backgrou...Beautiful series, and what a breathtaking background scenery on the last pic!de engineurhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15715291906624382891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34721861.post-24668915752560786832012-07-08T16:44:38.395-07:002012-07-08T16:44:38.395-07:00Amazing looking. I too had several moments like this, where I could barely see the mountains at all. Thanks for sharing this Karen, I did not know about this before, had I known, we could have stopped here and maybe get a clearer picture since it was pretty clear skies when we were there. I too am planning to go back to this place.betchaihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04754061874315713589noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34721861.post-92087316688314319192012-07-08T14:12:02.947-07:002012-07-08T14:12:02.947-07:00What a pity you didn't get the photo you wante...What a pity you didn't get the photo you wanted!
