This is the 36 feet high, 140 feet wide Vaillancourt Fountain by San Francisco's waterfront. Created by French-Canadian sculptor, Armand Vaillancourt, in 1971. It is a popular hangout like for this couple.
It's an amazing sight and capture! (And I was just wondering about the fountain as I clicked to comment.) I like the contrast in scale too, that couple looks teeny:)
