  2. What amazing detail and unique find. I have vague memories of a child's toy that was a very simple version of this:)

  3. The clock appears to be enormous. What a fun way to tell the time.

  4. See 'n' Say. That was the toy. I had one too. (Ca. 1966.) You pointed the hub at an animal, pulled the string, (remember toys with strings to pull?), and it said: "The cow goes.... MOOOOO!"

Somehow that never got old. But I did.

  13. Eileen: This was taken at the San Francisco Zoo in the Children's Petting Zoo area. It appeals to kids and adults.

Londonlulu & Robin: I was thinking of the same toy when I saw it.

Sukhmandir Kaur: It was pretty big and took up a big part of the side of the barn. The pictures are bigger than the clock part.

EastCoastLife: It does stand out against the red barn. You can't miss it.

catsynth: Hmmm, I tried to decipher it too. I think I figured it out, but not sure.

    Indrani: Thanks!

Yogi: Thanks and too bad there isn't a smaller version for the house. :)

Caite: Never saw one before this either.

cocomino: I guess that is why they put it in the kid's part of the zoo.

llandudnopictures: Reminds me of a wheel that you can turn.

Photo Cache: It doesn't make sounds, but I like your idea better.
