Artist painted buffalo statues displayed throughout the town of West Yellowstone, Montana. Originally there were 27 adult buffaloes and 10 calves when they were unveiled in 2007. A smaller city had this a few years ago with horses. I only got to see a few of them & never in a position to get photos. Some traveled to different business locales in the city & some where bought. thanks for sharing, wonderful works of art.
Love these - I know that this is a popular fundraiser around the world, but sometimes the town's "shape' don't always work for me. These are wonderful.

ReplyDeleteFun and creative. I particularly like the "recursive buffalo" which has several smaller versions painted on it.
