On the Edge

If you suffer from acrophobia (afraid of heights), do not go onto the roof of this building.

I keep looking for a railing to hang onto, but there isn't one!

  1. I'll definitely stay away from rooftops like this.

  4. I really, really don't like heights, and being on top of that roof would scare the living daylighs out of me. But I would still go onto that roof to enjoy the view and grab a few pictures.

  5. It is so weird - my fear of heights appeared one day, completely unexpected, but heights make me very dizzy and I feel quite panicked around them.

Having said that, I can't seem to resist climbing up on things!!!

  6. Lina: Not a place for the faint of heart.

Rainfield61: Hang on and come out only a no-wind day.

Ryan: Then this is definitely not a place for you. Seems like this could be a liability if someone wanders up there.

William: Maybe me too, but I think I might have to tie myself up with a rope just in case. Don't come out at night when you don't know where is the edge.

Emm: Perhaps you only fear heights when going up certain structures.

  7. No, I think it is a pure physical reaction, maybe linked to my ears and physiological vertigo. I really do get light-headed when I get up somewhere high.
