Thank you for the comments. I am surprised everyone seems to like the bowl and not deterred by the display of bugs. The artist is probably trying to infer that the serving bowl is protected from insects.
That is far too precious. I am not sure whetehr I could bring myself to use it. Never mind breaking it, what if you chipped it? It would be heart breaking.
