Since 1997, refrigerators, chairs, bathtubs, lamps, ...etc. have been hanging from these windows and clinging to exterior of the building on this heavily trafficked, yet scruffy San Francisco neighborhood. Artist, Brian Goggin, wanted to show his work outside the gallery so this would certainly catch anyone's eye who happen to look up.
