Are you good at hitting a little ball into a little hole? It takes me countless tries and sometimes I just give up after 6, 7, or more strokes. :) If you enlarge the picture, you can see the sign that says if you hit a certain spot at this 19th hole that rings the bell, you get to win a free game and do it all over again.
I actually went mini-golfing a week or so ago and WON that free game!! It was super exciting :o) Our final hole didn't have dragons though... just a boring old lighthouse...
Somebody who really likes colour must have made that. I know nothing about the game og golf except what I learned from reading the books by P.G.Wodehouse. The 19th hole was always the bar...
RuneE: From what I've seen, all miniature golfing places have these colorful and fun structures stationed at each hole. Perhaps a way to attract players. Of what little I know about golfing, there's only 18 holes in golf or 9 holes if you play the short game. The 19th hole is the slang for the bar golfers would go to after the game.
Solo: Golfing could be exciting if you are competing against someone or honing your skills. It can be quite tedious if you're an unskilled player like me. :)
Looks like fun. I'm sure I wouldn't win a free game, they might even ask me to step aside so others could play through.
ReplyDeleteKaren, this is fantastic to see such animated fun set up.
ReplyDeleteI would to be on that as well.

ReplyDeleteSue: Me too. I'm usually the bottleneck.
ReplyDeleteJames: There were other interesting characters, but I couldn't go on the course unless I was playing.
Shutterbug: Wow, congratulations! Did you make sure the bell GONGed so everyone knew you won a free game. :)
