Seagulls at Dinnertime

This picture was taken at the beach recently. At first, I didn't know what the seagull was pecking at until I got closer. Not a very pleasant sight. Although, I thought the seagulls' interactions were a little humorous.

The seagull with the fish seems to be keeping an eye out on his friend in the back who appears to want a taste.

Happy Friday!

  2. :) Nature at peace. Rest assured they both had dinner :) Nothing like fresh fish - wrap mine around some rice please.

  3. Sushi bar at the beach! How cool is that? :) Nice photo.

Re: your Q about the Mystic River, no, it isn't close to the Museum of Science. Actually, the Museum sits on the Charles River Dam Bridge which is about 2.5 miles south west of the Mystic River. This map shows both bridges and distance.

  5. Isadora, I was thinking the same thing. Sushi or sashimi in this case.

  6. Fenix, thanks for the geography lesson. I confused the 2 bridges. Darn tourist. :) Yeah, the gull is having a feast on Friday fish day.

  7. Well I'm sure he's not going to share. I guess its sushi he's having (that's raw fish isn't it)?
